These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through www.mydreamflight.co.uk and any other trading websites operated by COMFY TICKETS LIMITED.
By making a booking through our website, by telephone, or through our representatives, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1.4 MyDream Flight is a trading website operated by COMFY TICKETS LIMITED.
1.5 References to 'MyDream Flight', 'we', 'our' and 'us' mean COMFY TICKETS LIMITED.
1.6 References to 'you', 'your', 'customer', 'passenger' and 'Lead Passenger' mean the person making the booking and all passengers included.
1.7 COMFY TICKETS LIMITED acts as an independent travel agent and intermediary .
1.8 Unless confirmed otherwise in writing, the contract of carriage is between the passenger and the operating airline or supplier .
MyDream Flight arranges bookings on behalf of airlines and suppliers. Airline tickets are issued subject to the airline's Conditions of Carriage . MyDream Flight does not control airline schedules, aircraft, seating, baggage policies or operational decisions and will provide reasonable assistance where changes occur.
A booking becomes confirmed once the customer authorises the booking and the agreed deposit or full payment is received. Customers may receive a Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation before payment and are responsible for checking all details. Tickets are regarded as issued once an electronic ticket number has been generated.
Airline fares, taxes and supplier charges may change before ticket issuance. The Total Booking Price includes airline fares, airport taxes, supplier charges together with MyDream Flight booking, administration and service charges. Prices become fixed only after authorisation, payment and successful ticket issuance.
Full payment is required before ticket issuance unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed. Any outstanding balance must be paid by the due date stated in the Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation .
A deposit secures a reservation request only and does not guarantee fare, taxes, availability or ticket issuance. If the balance is not paid by the due date the booking may be cancelled. Where a booking is cancelled before ticket issuance, MyDream Flight may deduct booking, administration and service charges of up to £100 per passenger together with any disclosed non-refundable supplier or payment processing charges.
7.1 Requests to amend a booking, including changes to travel dates, flights, destinations or passenger details, are subject to the applicable airline fare conditions, supplier policies and availability.
7.2 Before ticket issuance, the original fare may no longer be available and any revised booking will be subject to the fares, taxes and supplier charges applicable at the time of the requested change.
7.3 After ticket issuance, changes remain subject to the airline's fare conditions, any applicable fare difference and any agreed change/reissue charge shown within the Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation .
7.4 Some airline tickets are issued under restricted fare conditions and may not permit changes .
7.5 Acceptance of a change request does not guarantee availability until confirmed by the airline or supplier.
8.1 Requests such as seat selection, meals, bassinets, wheelchair assistance, additional baggage, priority boarding and lounge access are treated as special requests only .
8.2 These services are controlled by the relevant airline, airport or supplier .
8.3 MyDream Flight will use reasonable efforts to communicate such requests but cannot guarantee their availability .
8.4 Additional charges may apply as determined by the airline or supplier.
9.1 Airlines may amend, delay, reroute or cancel flights for operational, commercial, safety or regulatory reasons beyond MyDream Flight's control.
9.2 Where this occurs, available options will be determined by the airline or supplier in accordance with the applicable fare conditions and passenger rights.
9.3 MyDream Flight will provide reasonable assistance in communicating with the airline but cannot determine refund eligibility, compensation or alternative travel arrangements .
10.1 Customers must provide accurate contact details and promptly notify MyDream Flight of any changes.
10.2 Airlines may communicate directly with passengers regarding schedule changes, cancellations and operational updates following ticket issuance.
10.3 MyDream Flight cannot guarantee receipt of communications issued directly by airlines or suppliers.
11.1 Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all passengers hold valid passports, visas, transit visas, health documentation and any other required travel documents.
11.2 Failure to hold the required documentation may result in refused boarding, refused entry or missed travel.
11.3 MyDream Flight accepts no responsibility for losses arising from incomplete, incorrect or expired travel documentation.
12.1 Where a customer chooses to cancel a booking, the applicable fare conditions accepted within the Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation will apply.
12.2 Where cancellation is permitted, the cancellation/refund charge accepted by the customer within the Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation will apply.
12.3 The cancellation/refund charge may include applicable airline, supplier and MyDream Flight booking, administration and service charges.
12.4 Where a booking is sold on a non-refundable basis , no refund will be payable except where expressly permitted under the applicable fare conditions or required by law.
13.1 Certain airline tickets are issued under promotional, restricted or non-refundable fare conditions. Where a booking is sold on a non-refundable basis, the applicable fare conditions will be shown in the Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation .
13.2 Where a ticket is issued on a non-refundable fare, no refund of the ticket value will be available following a voluntary cancellation unless expressly permitted under the applicable airline fare conditions or required by law.
13.3 Where permitted by the airline or supplier, unused government or airport taxes may be refundable, subject to the airline's or supplier's rules.
13.4 Any approved refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable fare conditions, these Terms & Conditions and the Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation.
14.1 Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMDs), travel credits or vouchers issued by an airline or supplier remain subject to the terms specified by the issuing airline or supplier .
14.2 Any goodwill voucher issued by MyDream Flight cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, non-refundable unless confirmed otherwise in writing, and may only be used for bookings made through MyDream Flight.
14.3 Unless otherwise stated, goodwill vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue .
15.1 Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance immediately after booking.
15.2 Suitable travel insurance should include cover for cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, travel disruption and personal liability where appropriate.
15.3 MyDream Flight does not provide insurance advice and accepts no responsibility where suitable insurance is not obtained.
16.1 Where an ATOL-protected flight or travel service is purchased, customers will receive an ATOL Certificate .
16.2 The ATOL Certificate identifies the travel services protected and the organiser responsible for those services.
16.3 ATOL protection applies in accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority's ATOL Scheme and does not determine airline operational matters or ancillary service disputes.
17.1 The Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation , booking confirmations, e-ticket receipts and written correspondence issued by MyDream Flight form the official record of the booking .
17.2 Customers should not rely solely on verbal discussions where those discussions are inconsistent with the written booking documentation.
17.3 Customers should notify MyDream Flight promptly if any booking information appears incorrect.
18.1 MyDream Flight is responsible only for the travel agency services it agrees to provide.
18.2 MyDream Flight is not responsible for the performance of flights or services operated by airlines or third-party suppliers.
18.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law .
18.4 Claims relating to airline-operated services may also be governed by the relevant airline's Conditions of Carriage and applicable legislation.
19.1 Airlines, airports, ground-handling companies and other travel suppliers operate independently from MyDream Flight.
19.2 Services including seat allocation, meals, baggage handling, lounge access, wheelchair assistance, airport services and onboard amenities are provided and controlled by the relevant airline or supplier.
19.3 MyDream Flight may assist with requests relating to third-party services but cannot guarantee their availability, quality or delivery .
19.4 Any complaint relating directly to a third-party service may need to be addressed to the airline or supplier responsible for providing that service.
20.1 Airlines may alter schedules, aircraft, routes, terminals, seating, baggage policies and other operational arrangements without prior notice .
20.2 MyDream Flight does not control airline or airport operations and is not responsible for decisions made by airlines, airports, border authorities or other third parties.
20.3 Where an operational change affects a booking, MyDream Flight will provide reasonable assistance based on the options made available by the airline or supplier.
20.4 Any entitlement to re-routing, rebooking, refund, voucher, compensation or other remedy will be determined by the applicable airline or supplier rules and any mandatory passenger rights.
21.1 Customers must review all booking documents carefully, including the Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation , itinerary, payment information, fare conditions and e-ticket.
21.2 Customers must notify MyDream Flight promptly if any passenger or booking detail appears incorrect.
21.3 The Lead Passenger is responsible for ensuring all passengers included within the booking receive the relevant booking information.
21.4 Customers are responsible for complying with airline requirements, arriving at the airport in sufficient time and monitoring their flight status before travel.
22.1 The Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation forms part of the contractual record for the booking.
22.2 By signing or electronically accepting the Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation, the customer confirms acceptance of the passenger details, itinerary, Total Booking Price, payment schedule, fare conditions and these Terms & Conditions.
22.3 MyDream Flight may retain records relating to the booking, including the signed authorisation, signature record, IP address, acceptance timestamp, communications, payment records and ticketing records where applicable.
22.4 Such records may be used to verify the booking, investigate complaints and respond to payment enquiries.
23.1 Customers should submit complaints to MyDream Flight in writing as soon as reasonably possible.
23.2 The complaint should include the booking reference, passenger details, travel dates and relevant supporting information.
23.3 Where a complaint relates to airline-operated services, customers may also need to contact the operating airline directly.
23.4 Nothing in this clause affects any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
24.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation, payment confirmation, fare conditions, e-ticket and any written booking approval, form the agreement between the customer and COMFY TICKETS LIMITED.
24.2 Customers confirm that they have not relied upon any verbal representation inconsistent with the written booking documentation.
24.3 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
24.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales .
24.5 Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
